o    The park and pool are located along W. 16th Street, west of its intersection with Avenue A.  
o    The park contains existing playground equipment, rubber surfacing, basketball courts, tennis courts and benches.  All of the courts and playground area are enclosed by a chain link fence.  
o    The pool contains an existing pool building facility, as well as two (2) pools.
