(Applicant) for preliminary and final major site plan approval with bulk variances and waivers to retrofit the existing building into a 7 Brew Coffee Shop, along with ancillary improvements, known as Block 453.03, Lot 1.01 on the official Tax Map of the City of Bayonne
A resolution memorializing the decision of the Planning Board with respect to the above matter was adopted at a regular meeting held on February 10, 2026 and is filed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk and is available for public inspection.
