AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES PANEL COUNSEL FOR
GENERAL MATTERS AND LITIGATION  RFP

The “FEE SCHEDULE” for PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES PANEL COUNSEL FOR GENERAL MATTERS AND LITIGATION” is hereby amended as follows:

1. The fee schedule for Panel Counsel is $225.00 per hour for attorneys and $155.00 per hour for paralegals for all matters except those matters involving the defense of City of Bayonne Police Officers, in which cases the fee schedule shall be $175.00 per hour for attorneys and $105.00 per hour for paralegals, and worker’s compensation matters will be paid at a flat fee of $1,500.00 per case.

The “DUE DATE” for “PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES PANEL COUNSEL FOR   GENERAL MATTERS AND LITIGATION” is hereby amended as follows:

1. AMENDMENT NOTICE POSTED: December 5, 2024
2. DUE DATE: December 16, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. prevailing time.
3. PUBLIC READING: All proposals/responses will be opened at the City Law Department, Room 15 on December 16, 2024 @ 11:30 a.m. prevailing time.
