- Section 7.0 states “The Technical Proposal shall be a maximum of eight (8) pages, plus an initial projection of workload requirements, Project schedule, and appendix material.” Can you confirm that the initial projection of workload requirements and project schedule are not counted towards in the eight (8) page Technical Proposal page limit?
