The Bayonne Municipal Utilities Authority announced that there is a substantial water leak on East 21st Street between Broadway and Avenue E. The leak will require a full water service shutdown of East 21st Street between Broadway and Avenue E from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. today, Friday, September 9, 2016.
