Preparing for Memorial Day:  Veterans from the Bayonne Memorial Day Parade Committee planted American flags by the headstones at Constable Hook Cemetery in Bayonne.  They honored deceased local residents who were buried at the cemetery in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.  The veterans perform this service each year shortly before Memorial Day.   (Photo credit: Stephanie Petersen.)
