Milling and paving activities are scheduled to start on or around September 15th, 2025, weather permitting. On milling and paving days, we strongly encourage avoiding Avenue C whenever possible due to construction related concerns. Alternative routes are available (JFK Blvd, Avenue B, etc.), aswell as we highly encourage planning ahead to minimize delays.

As with any construction project, you will experience changes in traffic patterns, loud noise and the presence of heavy equipment and machinery. Typical work hours are between 7 a.m. through 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedules are estimates, weather dependent, and subject to change. Please abide by all “No Parking” signs as they will be posted 24 - 48 hours before work is scheduled to begin on each street.
