On Monday, July 21, 2025 Veolia Water announced an emergency water shutdown for a portion of Bayonne, due to a contractor hitting the water main at Oak and Linnet Streets. This will affect 114 families and 12 hydrants. All homes that could be affected by the shutdown are currently being notified.
