Recycling Pick-Ups in Zone 3 (32nd Street to 63rd Street) -  NOT in effect on Thursday, November 28, due to the closing of the recycling facility for the holiday.

Garbage Pick-Ups in Zone 2 (16th Street to 32nd Street) WILL TAKE PLACE on Thursday, November 28.
