City Hall: Most civilian offices will be CLOSED.

City Clerk’s Office: OPEN only for election administration.

Municipal Court: CLOSED.

Garbage: Regular pick-ups WILL take place in Zone 3.

Scrap Metal Recycling: Scrap metal pick-ups WILL take place, if you have made an advance reservation by calling 201-858-6099.

Street-Sweeping and Alternate Side of the Street Parking: Suspended.

Parking Meter and Residential Parking Permit Regulations: Not enforced.

Constable Hook Recycling Drop-off Site: CLOSED.

Public Library: OPEN.

Note:  The library serves as a polling place. The side entrance on West 31st Street will be open for voters to enter.

Public Schools: NO classes for students.  Several schools serve as polling places and will be open for voting.
