On Saturday, April 13, 2024, Grade Construction will lift and place the new 25th Street Pedestrian Bridge over the Conrail/Hudson-Bergen Light Rail railroad right-of way. The new bridge will reconnect Prospect Avenue and Avenue E at 25th Street, providing a pedestrian crossing over the rail lines after additional construction takes place.

Grade Construction will have one crane on Avenue E and another on Prospect Avenue. Seven truck/trailers will be on site.

Road closures for the purpose of creating a Work/Security Zone closure will begin at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 13. Work is expected to be completed that day no later than 6:00 p.m.
