Garbage: Regular pick-ups WILL take place in Zone 3.

Scrap Metal Recycling:  Scrap metal pick-ups WILL take place, if you have made an advance reservation by calling 201-858-6099.

Street-Sweeping and Alternate Side of the Street Parking: Suspended.

Parking Meter and Residential Parking Permit Regulations: Not enforced.

Constable Hook Recycling Drop-off Site: CLOSED.

Public Library at 31^st Street: The building is still under renovation, so no library services will be available there until further notice.

Note:  The library serves as a polling place. For election purposes only, the side entrance on West 31^st Street will be open for voters to enter.  All other library entrances will be closed.

Story Court Library Branch at 16 West 4^th Street: OPEN for regular library hours.

Public Schools: NO classes for students.  Several schools serve as polling places and will be open for voting.
