Ribbon-Cutting for Café 26:  City officials joined the owners of Café 26 for a ribbon-cutting at 26th Street and Avenue C.  Among those in the photo are owners Jessica Caamano and Paul Newman (in middle with large scissors), City Council President Gary LaPelusa, Council Member At-Large Juan Perez, and Mayoral Aide Alphonse Major.  Missing from photo: Council Member At-Large Loyad Booker, who also attended the event. The café offers specialty coffees and light breakfasts, along with daily food and drink specials.
