- City Hall civilian offices and Municipal Court: Closed
- Public Library: Closed
- Recycling Drop-Off site: Closed.
- Garbage: Regular pick-up schedule is in effect. Pick-ups will take place in Zone 2.
- Enforcement of parking meters and parking lot pay stations: Suspended.
- Street-sweeping, alternate side parking, and permit parking enforcement: Suspended.
