Mayor Mark A. Smith reminded Bayonne residents to file disaster claims with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA accepts applications by phone at 1-800-621-3362, via TTY at 1-800-462-7585, and on the Internet at www.disasterassistance.gov. You can also apply with a smartphone at: m.fema.gov.
