Bayonne Historical Society, Inc.
8th St. Station Ornaments Available!

Bayonne Historical Society trustee Gerard Nowicki is happy to announce that this year's holiday ornaments designed by the society are finally available in local stores.

The new holiday offering is the sixth in a series of gold-plated ornaments designed for the Bayonne community. This one has an image of the old West 8th Street Train Station. Some of the ornaments feature a special Central of New Jersey train called the Blue Comet instead of the usual commuter train. Both versions will make a wonderful gift that can easily be mailed to friends and relatives who have moved to other parts of the country.

Shoppers will be hunting for these limited edition Blue Comet ornaments. Look for both versions of West 8th Street Station as well as the popular Bayonne Bridge ornament in local stores like Chez Marie Coffee & Tea Shoppe, Hudacko's Pharmacy, Unique Books, Abramson's Jewelers, Paster's Stationers, Brennan's Irish Gifts, and Pastime Hobbies & Miniatures.
