Construction officials
confer with each other and firefighters. The collapse occurred
at 0623 hours as construction personnel were arriving to work.
The collapse occurred in an addition to the original school. Firefighters
set up a transit and monitored one large freestanding wall and
also did a perimeter search for any vagrants. Companies remained
on the scene until about 2130 hours
