This website is designed as a forum for the City and its visitors to disseminate general information and receive/answer general questions and concerns. A copy of all online form submissions are sent to the City Help Desk and forwarded to selected officials. This online form should not replace standard mail, certified mail or facsimile communication, as electronic delivery and receipt can not be guaranteed. Communication received may be considered public information. All requests for public information under the Open Public Records Act or common law must comply with applicable procedures. OPRA requests must be filed through the Office of the City Clerk, an OPRA request form can be downloaded here.
