V. Communications: Municipal Council Resolution authorizing the Planning Board to undertake a study to determine if portions of Route 440 West between East 22nd Street and New Hook Road, consisting of Block 452.02, Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 & 13 and Block 451, Lots 1.01, 1.02 2.03, 2.04 and 2.05 fit the criteria for designation as an area in need of redevelopment under the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (LRHL, P.L. 1992, Chapter 79) and to prepare a Redevelopment Plan for the Route 440 West Study Area in accordance with the local Redevelopment and Housing Law.
Municipal Council request for the Planning Board to review and make recommendation on a proposed amendment to Chapter 33-9.4a Construction Inspection Fees Escrow
Municipal Council Resolution authorizing the Planning Board to undertake a Redevelopment Study of the Constable Hook Redevelopment Area specifically the property located at 140 East 22nd Street in City Block 464.01, Lot 6.

Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to the Peninsula Redevelopment Plan to provide an overlay district at Block 600, Lot 1; Block 630, Lot 1; Block 641, Lots 1 & 2; Block 645, Lot 1; Block 660, Lot 1; Block 680, Lot 1; Block 700, Lot 1; Block 720, Lot 1; Block 730, Lots 1 & 2; Block 731, Lot 1; Block 750, Lot 1; Block 751, Lot 1; Block 770, Lot 1; Block 780, Lot 1; Block 790, Lot 1; Block 800, Lot 1 and Block 801, Lot 1, so as to permit and/or increase retail, commercial, recreational & lodging uses.
