R-8 Authorizing the Police Department to accept a 2009 EDWARD BYRNE JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) in the amount of $130,747.00 funded by the U.S. Department of Justice through the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office for local law enforcement programs and equipment. Police

R-9 Authorizing the adoption of a MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL PRE-DISASTER ALL HAZARDS PLAN for the COUNTY OF HUDSON to pool resources and create consistent mitigation strategies to be implemented in response to natural hazards. Mayor

R-10 Authorizing amendments to the original Project Agreement between the NJDEP GREEN ACRES PROGRAM and the City of Bayonne to accept an increase in funding from Green Acres for Harbor View Park from $600,000.00 to $1,200,000.00. BLRA
