Church as a historic site. • Copy of memorandum from the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority listing suggested names proposed for eight new streets at the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor. • Reaffirmation of minor subdivision filed by Oliver Pan and Sun Pun under application no. P-06-021 VII. Amended Hearing: Housing Element/Fair Share Plan for adoption and submission to the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) regulations. Hearing: P-08-022 – YAKOV BURAKOVSKY Site: 577-581 Broadway in City Block 178, Lot 25.01 [The applicant is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval and bulk variance relief to allow the construction of 14 residential units in the existing building.]
